First season riding my own gear and these feel way more forgiving than what I rented before. The flex is soft enough to learn on but I'm not outgrowing them after a month, which is exactly what I wanted.

Took these out for my first full season and they've held up way better than I expected for the price. The lighter build makes them easy to handle on groomers, and I can actually feel myself progressing instead of fighting the gear.

Bought these as a step up from rental gear and the flex feels forgiving enough that I'm not fighting them in choppy snow. The buckles are a little stiff to snap shut at first, but after a few days they loosened up fine for the whole mountain.
