Utility Binding

The adjustable aluminum heelcup actually stays put, no slipping mid-run like my old pair. Two straps feel burly without being fussy to get in and out of. Solid, no-nonsense binding.

Snapped these on for a splitboard tour and the two-strap design kept my boots locked in on the sketchy traverse without any slop. The X-Base 3 baseplate feels stiff underfoot in a good way, and I didn't have to fiddle with them once all day.

The adjustable aluminum heelcup actually stayed put through a full day of icy sidecountry laps, no loosening at all. Two straps make getting in and out quick even with gloves on, and the X-Base 3 baseplate gives a really direct, planted feel underfoot.
